In a bid to ensure seamless payment options for its customers, Paytm Payments Bank has announced the launch of its first physical RuPay Debit Card.

This new endeavour will help the customers of the bank to withdraw money from any ATM machine across the country. Customers can order their cards online via Paytm app.

Paytm has also unveiled its Unified Payments Interface (UPI) on the iOS platform (launched on Android a month ago), assisting its users in creating their very own Paytm UPI identities, exclusively issued by Paytm Paytm Bank.

This will help the users in linking their savings bank account using their unique UPI based ID and start transacting money.

The customers will only have to share their bank account details and IFSC Code with anyone in order to receive money. This will help the users in performing digital transaction with greater choices and convenience. Paytm UPI IDs have its acceptability across all banks and UPI apps.

“This will add to the convenience of our customers as they can now use their Paytm Debit Card to pay across all online platforms as well as offline stores with their Paytm Payments Bank account. We are also glad to announce the launch of UPI on iOS. We are already among the largest platform for UPI transactions and the launch on iOS will further increase the volumes,” said Renu Satti,MD and CEO, Paytm Payments Bank.
