Nucleus Software, the BSE and NSE-listed India’s leading provider of strong digital lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, has appointed Surya Prakash Kanodia as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 8, 2024.
Surya’s new responsibilities include managing finances, capital markets, developing portfolio strategies, making big investment and financing choices, and engaging with key parties. His primary concentration is coordinating large transactions, forming strategic alliances, controlling price and contract administration, and monitoring risks closely.
Surya will take over as Chief Financial Officer, relieving Anurag Mantri of his additional responsibilities as the company’s CFO. Mantri will continue in his role as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Surya formerly worked as Head of Finance for Digital Operations and Platform business at Wipro Limited, where he gained ten years of experience. Surya, a respected Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Analyst from the United States, has two decades of post-qualification experience in many parts of Financial Management at both Wipro Limited and Genpact.
