Perfios.ai, a leading B2B SaaS TechFin company, has announced the appointment of Veena Rao as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), further strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its global growth and innovation strategy.
In her new role, Veena will lead Perfios’ global operations, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving strategic initiatives, and building a strong operational foundation to support the company’s expansion plans.
Veena brings over three decades of leadership experience across BFSI and financial services technology. She has held key roles across organizations such as ICICI, PwC, Oracle, and HCL Technologies, spanning banking, consulting, product, and presales functions. Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Operations Officer for the Corporate Banking business at Finastra, where she led global teams across lending, trade finance, and digital banking solutions.
