PNB Housing Finance launches Roshni, inexpensive house loan programme

PNB Housing Finance recently unveiled Roshni, an inexpensive house loan programme, in keeping with the company’s long-term mission of empowering and supporting an individual’s desire of having a home. Individuals can apply for loans ranging from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh under this initiative.

Today, the Company inaugurated Roshni-focused branch locations in Chennai, Coimbatore, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Indore/Ujjain, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Rajkot, and Varanasi, making inroads across the country.

The scheme provides loans for the purchase of a home, self-construction, home extension/renovation, plot purchase plus construction, loan against property, and other purposes. As a result, whether loan applicants are new to credit, self-employed without formal income, and salaried from a low-income group with a household income as low as Rs.10,000 to a middle-income group will be taken into account.
