Religare Enterprises has reamed its health insurance arm as Care Health Insurance.
“Name of Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd, subsidiary of the company, has been changed to Care Health Insurance Ltd with effect from August 19, 2020,” Religare Enterprises said in a regulatory filing.

However, it did not share the reason for changing the name of its subsidiary.
Religare Health Insurance was established in June 2012, by Religare enterprise limited, Union Bank of India and Corporation Bank. The company is headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana.
