Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has named Mangesh Ramesh Mahale as its Chief Technology Officer, effective February, 2024.
Mangesh, an accomplished technology and business visionary, boasts a remarkable professional history marked by his expertise in establishing technology infrastructures, recognising technological trends, formulating processes, managing risk, and optimizing resources within diverse geographical settings.
His strategic focus revolves around driving IT strategy, fostering business excellence, and elevating customer experiences. With extensive experience in delivering digital transformation solutions, he specialises in overseeing end-to-end IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, particularly in the realm of Private Cloud.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank said in a statement, “We hereby inform that the Bank has appointed Mangesh Ramesh Mahale as the Chief Technology Officer of the Bank w.e.f. February 08, 2024. Mangesh has been designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Bank in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.”
With a career spanning over 28 years, Mangesh has contributed his talents to esteemed organizations, including the State Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Union Bank of India, and National Stock Exchange Clearing Limited. His academic credentials include an engineering qualification from V.J.T.I. Mumbai and a Diploma in Electronics & Radio Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic, Aurangabad.
