Cross-border payments company Xflow has launched SaaS Subscription Management, a tool that lets Indian businesses pay for and track global software subscriptions such as AWS, OpenAI, Figma and Slack from a single dashboard, the company said on 2 November 2026.
The launch targets a pain point most Indian finance teams know well: recurring international payments on domestic cards that get declined at renewal, stall on OTP approvals, or end up on an employee’s personal card and a reimbursement claim.
How Xflow’s SaaS Subscription Management Works
Instead of linking many company cards to many vendors, a business pays Xflow in one go and Xflow handles the individual renewals. The flow is simple:
- Fund once: businesses pay Xflow by SWIFT transfer in US dollars, or in rupees through a regular NEFT or RTGS bank transfer.
- One virtual card: a USD virtual card issued through Xflow is used for all subscription payments, so vendors such as AWS, OpenAI, Figma and Slack charge that card.
- One view of spend: finance teams can see every SaaS payment in one place instead of piecing together card statements and expense claims, and manage software costs as a single portfolio.
Xflow’s product page says businesses keep their existing vendor accounts and only change the payment details. It lists vendors in the US, UK, Canada and the EU, supports both one-time purchases and multi-month plans, and is currently offered at a 0% introductory processing fee, with a 0.6% fee planned once the offer ends.
Why Recurring SaaS Payments Fail in India
India’s rules on card-based recurring payments, including e-mandate and additional authentication requirements, have made auto-renewals on overseas software notoriously unreliable. As companies add more tools, subscriptions also get spread across cards, teams, currencies and renewal dates.
“Every growing Indian business runs on global software, yet paying for it is still broken. Industry estimates suggest more than 30% of card-based recurring payments tend to fail in India,” said Ashwin Bhatnagar, Co-founder and CEO, Xflow. He added that a business now “pays Xflow once and we take care of every SaaS subscription after that,” and that the company is “already processing millions in volume since launch.”
Blume Ventures is among the early users. “Cards often get declined on auto-renewals, approvals got stuck on OTPs, and tracking software expenses across teams was complicated. With Xflow, our international software payments just go through,” said Amit Gajaria, Senior Manager, Finance, Blume Ventures, adding that some of the firm’s portfolio companies also use the service.
Xflow’s Growing Cross-Border Stack
Founded in 2021 by former Stripe executives Anand Balaji, Ashwin Bhatnagar and Abhijit Chandrasekaran, Xflow builds cross-border payment infrastructure for exporters, SaaS companies, global capability centres, IT services firms and freelancers. It received RBI authorisation as a cross-border payment aggregator and raised a $16.6 million Series A led by General Catalyst earlier this year, as Elets BFSI reported.
The new tool extends Xflow from inbound collections into outbound business spending, an area where GIFT City and cross-border licensing is drawing more fintech players. Peers such as Skydo recently won final IFSCA approval as a payment service provider, and Razorpay received its final IFSCA licence this week.
