AvenuesAI Limited (formerly Infibeam Avenues Limited; BSE: 539807; NSE: CCAVENUE), the GIFT City–headquartered fintech and payments company, on 6 November 2026 reported consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue from operations of ₹2,879.24 crore, up 47% year on year, and profit after tax of ₹71.7 crore, up 6%, according to its earnings press release.

Operating EBITDA excluding other income rose 3% to ₹98.88 crore in the September quarter. Growth was led by the CCAvenue payments franchise even as net take rates eased under competitive pricing. The print sits alongside peer Paytm’s Q2 FY27 profit print and other listed payments results this earnings season.

AvenuesAI Q2 and H1 FY27 numbers

  • Q2 FY27: revenue ₹2,879.24 crore (+47% YoY); PAT ₹71.7 crore (+6%); operating EBITDA ex-OI ₹98.88 crore (+3%).
  • H1 FY27: revenue ₹5,559.64 crore (+71%); PAT ₹156.47 crore (+24%); operating EBITDA ex-OI ₹198.9 crore (+19%).
  • CCAvenue payments TPV about ₹1.77 lakh crore in Q2, up 19% quarter on quarter.
  • Payments net take rate 5.06 basis points in Q2, moderated about 4% as the company priced for scale.

Consolidated net revenue was ₹151.32 crore in Q2, down 1% year on year, reflecting the mix of volume growth and thinner per-transaction yields. For the full year the company reiterated FY27 consolidated revenue guidance of ₹11,000–13,000 crore and said it is monitoring possible merchant discount rate (MDR) policy changes for eligible UPI transactions.

How CCAvenue TPV and take rates moved

Flagship gateway CCAvenue remained the volume engine. Sequential TPV growth of 19% came with a deliberate step-down in net take rate to 5.06 bps. Managing Director and CEO Vishwas Patel said the quarter reflected a conscious decision to build transaction scale through competitive pricing and to treat that as an investment in merchant relationships and long-term market position.

That volume-versus-yield trade-off is familiar across India’s payments stack, from Pine Labs’ UPI soundbox push to agentic checkout experiments such as Cashfree’s AI checkout for agents. Listed peers including MobiKwik’s Q2 FY27 results are likewise being judged on whether scale can convert into durable earnings.

FY27 priorities: Rediff, overseas CCAvenue and TISco

Beyond the print, AvenuesAI outlined three FY27 priorities: unlock value from Rediff (RediffOne for enterprise communication and digital services, and RediffPay for consumer payments); expand CCAvenue internationally across the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia; and build TISco, an AI-led transaction intelligence layer for fraud, risk and merchant insights.

The company processed about ₹5.04 trillion in transactions in FY26 across payments and platforms and serves more than 10 million clients. Its ambition is to move from a payments-led franchise toward a broader AI-first fintech platform, while peers such as Razorpay, which has SEBI approval for its IPO, test public-market appetite for India’s payments infrastructure names.
