This strategic approach is part of the company’s larger commitment to promote financial inclusion, increase gender diversity, and empower women in the insurance industry.
The company’s recruitment campaign aims to increase insurance awareness and reach by assembling a dedicated sales force capable of expanding coverage to underserved markets. This strategy not only addresses the demand for more advisors, but it also underlines the value of diversity in reaching and understanding a large consumer base.
