Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. named Jaideep Hansraj as Group President – One Kotak. This is a significant step in leveraging the Group’s financial conglomerate model and delivering holistic propositions to customers.
Jaideep will lead a cultural shift towards collaboration to achieve internal synergies across the Bank and its subsidiaries. Shripal Shah, currently the President and COO at Kotak Securities, will succeed Jaideep as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Securities, subject to requisite approvals. He will begin his new post on the receipt of such clearances or on April 1, 2024, whichever comes later.
