Kotak Mahindra Bank appoints Neeraj Naidu as Chief Information Security Officer

Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed Neeraj Naidu as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, Naidu’s appointment underscores the bank’s commitment to strengthening its digital security framework.

Neeraj previously served as the CISO at IDFC First Bank, where he played a crucial role in fortifying the bank’s security architecture. His career has also included key leadership roles such as Vice President & Head of IT Infrastructure at Capital First Ltd., Program Manager at NSEIT Ltd., and Project Manager at Nayamode USA, Inc.

In his new role at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Naidu will be responsible for overseeing information security strategies, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and mitigating evolving cyber threats.
