NIIT Institute of Finance, Banking, and Insurance (NIIT IFBI), a subsidiary of NIIT, introduced the “ACE Banker Program” in partnership with HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector bank. This programme, a crucial component of NIIT’s Talent Pipeline as a support (TPaaS) concept, intends to recruit and educate HDFC Bank customer support personnel.
The ACE Banker Program is designed to meet the increasing needs of the banking industry by providing participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to flourish in customer service roles at HDFC Bank. This complete full-time curriculum includes 45 days of residential training at the NIIT University campus. According to the program’s terms and conditions, candidates who complete the course will receive a joint certificate from HDFC Bank and NIIT Limited and job offers.
