Nucleus Software, India’s top provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
The consolidated revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 are Rs. 210.3 crore, compared to Rs. 206.2 crore in Q4 of FY 2022-23. PAT on a consolidated basis is Rs. 52.1 crore, compared to Rs. 67.6 crore in Q4 of FY 2022-23. PAT on a standalone basis is 48.5 crore, compared to Rs. 66.8 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2022-23. The combined EPS during this period is Rs. 19.48, compared to Rs. 25.27 in the fourth quarter of FY 2022-23. The standalone EPS during this period is Rs. 18.11, compared to Rs. 24.95 in the fourth quarter of FY 2022-23.
