REZO.AI, India’s homegrown Conversational AI start-up, announced today the launch of the ‘Rezo.ai Platform’ on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online marketplace that offers applications and services for usage on Azure. Rezo customers may now benefit from the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with simplified deployment and maintenance.
Rezo’s powerful AI engine, in conjunction with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), can automate up to 85% of customer/driver queries across voice and non-voice channels, resulting in up to 40% savings, a low risk of data breach, and a consistent experience with infinite scalability.
