Kotak Mahindra Bank is the new motorway for direct tax payments

Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, one of the first private banks to be fully connected with the new Income Tax department portal, revealed that its technical integration with the brand-new e-filing system had been completed. Individuals and businesses who use Kotak Mahindra Bank’s services can now easily pay their direct taxes online through the e-pay tax tab utilising Kotak Net Banking or by visiting a branch. This will expedite, simplify, and make the tax payment process convenient for its customers.

After the announcement, allowing all banks to engage in government operations, Kotak Bank became the first Scheduled Private Sector Bank to be approved as a partner in tax collecting in October 2021. After the solution became online, the Bank remained the first company to provide this service in the private banking industry.
