The term m-commerce has come from two words— mobility and eCommerce. As a country, today we do close to 92 lakh crore of cashless transactions per annum. Out of that, one lakh crore of transactions (around 0.5 per cent) happen through mobile platform, which is very minute percentage of total cashless transactions.
