Kissht crossed ₹10,000 crore AUM on 4 November 2026, powered by AI underwriting, 45+ partners and a growing Loan Against Property book.

OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited, which operates as Kissht, crossed ₹10,000 crore in Assets Under Management (AUM) on 4 November 2026. The Mumbai-based tech-first digital lender told the exchanges the milestone rests on proprietary AI underwriting, technology-enabled collections and a network of more than 45 lending and co-lending partners, with personal loans still the core book and Loan Against Property (LAP) growing.

Kissht disclosed the update in a NSE LODR press release filed the same day, and said the note is also on www.kissht.com. The company listed on the NSE and BSE on 8 May 2026 under the symbol KISSHT and scrip code 544754.

How Kissht scaled to ₹10,000 crore AUM

Kissht describes itself as a full-stack digital lending platform for India’s mass-market and mass-affluent borrowers. Credit decisions run through a proprietary AI/ML underwriting framework that uses more than 7,200 variables. Collections are tech-enabled, and product distribution sits on partnerships with banks and NBFCs rather than a heavy branch network alone.

Personal loans remain the mainstay. The company said its LAP book is expanding, adding a secured layer and diversifying the mix. Lending is originated through NBFC-Middle Layer subsidiary Si Creva Capital Services Private Limited. Kissht reports more than 12.80 million cumulative customers served since it was founded in 2016.

The AUM mark follows a strong September quarter: Kissht’s Q2 FY27 profit doubled to ₹125 crore as AUM rose 68% to ₹9,317 crore. Crossing ₹10,000 crore weeks later shows that growth trajectory continuing into early November.

Capital raise and leadership on the milestone

In October 2026 Kissht raised ₹832.2 crore through a preferential issue, adding headroom for growth after listing. That capital step sits alongside an earlier pre-IPO raise when Kissht raised ₹278 crore from anchor investors.

Chairman, Director and CEO Ranvir Singh said the ₹10,000 crore AUM milestone was built on disciplined underwriting, robust collections and a scalable technology-led platform. He framed Kissht’s vision as making credit effortless, secure and human-centered, and said the firm will expand LAP and deepen lending partnerships while serving customers across their financial journey.

Director and CFO Krishnan Vishwanathan said the preferential raise strengthens the capital base for growth. He pointed to a path toward lower borrowing costs, better operating leverage and continued credit-quality improvement as the company aims for profitable scale.

Why AI underwriting matters in digital lending

Kissht’s pitch is that data-heavy underwriting and partner-led distribution can grow unsecured and secured books together without a traditional branch footprint. That theme echoes other lenders leaning on models over scorecards alone. Bajaj Finserv’s AI push in Q2 FY27 and Tata Capital’s AI underwriting on a ₹3-trillion loan book show how large NBFCs are baking machine learning into credit decisions. Industry debates on moving beyond traditional credit scores also frame why multi-variable AI models matter for mass-market borrowers with thin bureau files.

For BFSI technology readers, the Kissht update is less about a single product launch and more about proof that an AI-led, partner-distributed NBFC stack can clear a four-digit crore AUM threshold while listing capital and a secured LAP book come online.
