Anand Mugad has been named Chief Marketing Officer of Ayekart, a comprehensive digital technology platform for the food and agri value chain. This move corresponds with the company’s goal of strengthening its leadership team and leading the scaling-up of marketing, communication, and brand creation for further business transformation and innovation throughout Ayekart’s growth phase.

Anand has over 24 years of expertise in corporate communication, marketing, and business development, having worked for businesses such as DBS Bank India, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Nestle India Ltd.
Anand previously worked at DBS Bank India as Vice President-Group Strategic Marketing and Communications. He was instrumental in improving the bank’s business reputation through excellent communication methods. He was key in founding the Corporate Communications Department of Axis Bank, where he supervised the bank’s and its subsidiaries’ public relations. Anand has also gained valuable expertise while working for ICICI Bank and Nestle India Ltd.
