Cashfree Payments, India’s leading payments and API banking solutions company named Chetan Yadav as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. As part of its efforts to prepare for the next phase of growth and expansion, the company continues to increase its senior leadership team
Chetan Yadav has over 20 years of rich and diverse industry experience in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Key Talent Retention, Performance Management, Attrition Planning & Prevention, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, Learning and Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. He has been instrumental in building new enterprises and teams both domestically and internationally. He has also led huge, dispersed teams. Chetan has worked in a variety of businesses, leveraging his knowledge in areas such as technology products, robots, e-commerce, finance, IT, and operations-intensive settings such as hospitality and ITES.
Chetan will handle both Cashfree Payments‘ entire HR operations and HR strategy as part of his present responsibilities. He will be in charge of all HR teams, including Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Administration, as the Head of HR. His primary responsibility will be to drive transformative activities via the lens of people and culture, developing skills, cultivating leadership, and aligning HR processes.
