IRCTC all set to launch its payments aggregator iPay

IRCTCThe Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is soon going to launch its own payment aggregator “IRCTC-iPay”.

IRCTC-iPay will be offering payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, International Card, Auto Debit, UPI, Wallets etc.

This soon to be launched option will definitely add more convenience to the customers looking to opt for digital payments. iPay services will make it easier and faster for booking e-tickets on IRCTC. A few days prior to the launch, IRCTC reported using two new apps for its facilities namely ‘Rail Madad’ and ‘Menu on Rail’ app.

The new app will have several exciting features like Automated reconciliation process, dynamic routing of payment options, faster refunds and save card among others.  This service will also help the users to get a refund on same day ticket cancellation. It will be available on government websites as well as private e-commerce sites as well.
