Magma HDI General Insurance Co Ltd (Magma HDI) processed its first claim via the National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX) portal, making its debut on the NHCX.
The National Health Claim Exchange (NHCX) platform, launched by the National Health Authority (NHA), simplifies healthcare claims under the Central Government’s flagship Ayushman Bharat health project. The NHCX portal enables smooth and real-time information interchange among all major parties in the claim process, such as the healthcare provider, insurance, patient beneficiary, and government.
Amit Bhandari, Chief Technical Officer, Magma HDI said at the occasion, “The NHCX platform, designed to streamline and expedite the claims process, represents a significant advancement in the insurance sector.
