Nucleus Software, the BSE and NSE-listed India’s leading provider of robust digital lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry has named Swati Patwardhan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 20, 2024. Patwardhan, who has worked in HR for over 19 years, brings a plethora of knowledge and skills to her new post.
Swati’s new work at Nucleus Software will involve directing the company’s global HR initiatives, with an emphasis on attracting, developing, and retaining elite personnel. Her responsibilities will include promoting employee engagement initiatives, developing an innovative and inclusive culture, and aligning HR procedures with the company’s strategic goals.
Swati is a notable alumna of Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai, where she earned a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mumbai University. She has also sought certificates in Organisational Development from TISS and ODA and Brain Based Executive Coaching from NLI, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
