Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has named Daljeet Singh Khatri as the Director (Finance) effective from August 14, 2024.
Khatri, an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, brings over 26 years of experience in various financial institutions such as REC, SIDBI, and NHB. Prior to joining HUDCO, he served as Executive Director (Finance) at REC, where he played a pivotal role in implementing various systemic improvements.

Throughout his career, Khatri has gained diverse experience in core finance functions, including domestic and international funds mobilization, treasury management, project appraisal, asset and liability management, risk functions, financial concurrence, and the formulation of financial policies. He has also been involved in contracts and procurement management.
HUDCO’s appointment of Khatri reflects its commitment to strengthening its financial leadership and continuing its mission to provide affordable housing and urban development solutions across India.
