Give us an overview of Dista and what challenges do your products solve?

Dista is an AI-enabled location intelligence platform that hosts a suite of products solving business challenges across industries. So if you have field operations, Dista’s no-code/low-code platform can seamlessly orchestrate your entire field workflow and provide intelligence that can be actioned rapidly.

One of our most popular products is Dista Sales, which promises to make the life of your field sales agents easier while providing accurate, transparent, and actionable insights to sales leaders.

While Dista Service orchestrates entire field operations from work order management to dispatching technicians and providing end-to-end visibility to customers and back office reps. The product runs on location intelligence and factors in business nuances to run the entire field service management. We have customers using our FSM products for varied field ops like doorstep banking, phlebotomy, claims settlement, B2B servicing, debt collections, and many more.

Additionally, our marquee customers, like Pizza Hut in India and many others in the QSR industry, run their entire delivery management systems on Dista Deliver – the first product from our suite.

Dista also manages fleet, and corporate mobility for many companies. These products have seen a higher uptake with the rise in demand to orchestrate fleet and employees in the post-covid era.

2. What does Dista offer to business leaders and decision-makers?

Dista Insight is designed to offer geospatial insights to leaders and decision-makers. Enterprises with geospatial data need to understand their data better in a visually intuitive yet deeply insightful manner. Our system runs AI/ML-based algorithmic analysis and performs simulations to surface trends and patterns. By leveraging these insights, leaders can visualise, analyse and even operationalise data for informed decisions related to business expansion, site selection, resource planning, and much more.

3. What is the most unique and impactful business problem being solved by Dista today?

The most complex yet impactful problem is identifying delinquent areas and offering business recommendations to loan and collections companies. We offer delinquency insights that map customer regions as high or low delinquency markers and recommendations based on demography, trends, and existing data. By feeding this information into their field ops and workflows, BFSIs can make critical business decisions on their offerings and applicability and even feeds into their claims and loan approvals. Several leading banks and microfinance organisations have used this feature in Dista Collect to improve collection rates and boost field rep’s performance.

4. Can you tell us how your products can meet the demand of large enterprises?

Dista offers custom SaaS to our enterprise customers globally. Large enterprises cannot benefit from one-size-fits-all SaaS products. Their business may face generic market challenges, but the way to solve them has to factor in their business nuances. Hence, Dista products are designed to solve 80 per cent of market problems while making it easy for us to quickly configure the rest, 20 per cent of which is tailored to enterprise needs. Our products are also lauded for having extremely low change management and end-user adoption barriers.
