Private lender YES Bank has collaborated with online financial services provider RupeeBoss.com in a bid to integrate bank’s chatbot based platform to support instant loan eligibilities for its several loan products.
By partnering with RupeeBoss and authorizing its expansive agent network, the bank will be able to offer instant loan information to the applicants without having the need to know all the details about the customer, thereby accelerating up the pace of sourcing customers.
YES Bank will carry out the mPower BOT integration across digital platforms and it shall be available for across platforms such as the online portal RupeeBoss.com, Magic Finmart-android distributor app, RupeeBoss Business Associate app used for agents and the Messenger for RupeeBoss meant employees.
