Multinational financial services brand American Express has appointed Kabir Julka as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
At American Express, Julka is responsible for the development and delivery of business-driven human resource strategy that helps in attracting, developing and retaining employees for American Express.
Throughout his ten years of tenure with American Express, his responsibilities ranged from handling human resource roles in Asia. During his stint, he built a strong record of collaborating with business leaders for driving strategic organisational goals.
At American Express, his most recent position was Vice President, HR – Greater China & South East Asia in Hong Kong, where he joined hands with the business to create the HR blue print for American Express.
