Bank of Maharashtra has made an announcement pertaining to the recruitment of Specialist Officers in scale II. The recruitment will be made on 50 available vacancies. The online application process for the drive will start on December 16 and end on December 31, 2019. The selection process will involve a personal interview for shortlisted candidates. Candidates will be shortlisted as per their qualification, experience, suitability etc.
An applicant who has a B.Tech. or a B.E. degree in a relevant discipline is eligible to apply for the position. Candidates must follow the recruitment advertisement for more details on minimum educational qualification, age limit and required work experience.
The selected candidates will stay on probation for a period of one year, starting from the date of joining the bank. There is a compulsory clause of executing a service bond by selected candidates.
Candidates who match the eligibility criteria can apply for the recruitment from the Bank’s official website. The application fee for filling up the form is Rs 118 for SC, ST candidates and Rs 1,180 for all other categories. Candidates in the PWBD category are exempted from paying the application fee.
The applications received by the bank will be screened and only the deserving candidates will be called for Interview process based on their qualification, experience, suitability etc. However, if the number of applications received exceeds the number of vacancies by 1:4, the Bank may likely conduct a written examination for shortlisting candidates for the interview.
