Private sector lender Axis Bank has reappointed Rajiv Anand as Executive Director (wholesale banking) and named Rajesh Dahiya as Executive Director (corporate centre).
The lender on Wednesday said its board has approved one reappointment and one new appointment for three years each from August 4, 2019, to August 3, 2022.
The board also approved Pralay Mondal’s appointment as Director and Whole-Time Director and Executive Director (retail banking) for a three-year period from August 1, 2019, to July 31, 2022. These appointments will be subject to final nod from the Reserve Bank of India and shareholders, said the bank in a regulatory filing.
The decisions were taken during the 197th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank (the Board) held on Wednesday.
