Dailoqa and AWS Deploy AI-Native Loan Origination System for AU Small Finance Bank

Dailoqa

Dailoqa, a specialist in agentic AI for financial services, has announced the successful deployment of an AI-native Loan Origination System (LOS) for AU Small Finance Bank in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Built on Dailoqa’s enterprise-grade Broccoli™ platform, the deployment marks the first live implementation in AU Small Finance Bank’s broader strategy to become a fully AI-native banking institution.

The newly deployed system replaces traditional siloed and workflow-driven lending platforms with a context-aware, hyper-personalised sales and servicing ecosystem. The transformation is aimed at enabling employees to focus more on customer financial wellbeing while reducing dependency on rigid digital workflows and legacy systems.

The Broccoli™ platform is designed specifically for the regulatory complexity of financial services and follows a platform-first architecture rather than standalone AI pilots. According to the companies, the implementation significantly reduces change cycles, lowers operational costs, eliminates technical debt, and accelerates workforce reskilling for AI-enabled operations.

Following the successful deployment of the LOS platform, AU Small Finance Bank has already initiated full-scale implementation for commercial banking and mortgage businesses. The bank is also rolling out a multilingual AI-driven customer service platform and an engagement engine expected to handle up to 25% of outbound calls.

To support long-term AI transformation, AU Small Finance Bank is establishing an AI Centre of Excellence with support from Dailoqa and AWS.
