REZO.AI, India’s homegrown Conversational AI start-up, announced today the launch of the ‘Rezo.ai Platform’ on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online marketplace that offers applications and services for usage on Azure. Rezo customers may now benefit from the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with simplified deployment and maintenance.
Rezo’s powerful AI engine, in conjunction with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), can automate up to 85% of customer/driver queries across voice and non-voice channels, resulting in up to 40% savings, a low risk of data breach, and a consistent experience with infinite scalability. Rezo not only automates interactions but also analyses each call and interaction, providing speech analytics data on agent performance, script adherence, intonation, and so on. These insights assist organisations in objectively analysing the agents’ strengths and limitations, how they might be repositioned based on their product or process expertise, and what specific areas of training are required. These studies can be performed both in real time and after a call. All of these precise analyses are optimally captured on a dashboard.
