Cashinvoice, India’s largest digital supply chain finance platform, is thrilled to announce a partnership with Hero Fincorp to make financing available to a pool of MSMEs in India. The aforementioned relationship would provide supply chain finance services to meet the rising needs of corporates in India, as well as alleviate liquidity difficulties for the MSME segment. With the forces aligned, Hero Fincorp’s strong capital base, along with Cashinvoice’s flexibility and technological acumen, would aid in the rapid penetration of supply chain finance programmes, providing liquidity to vendor ecosystems and credit to small enterprises in India.

The company provides tailored supply chain financing (SCF) solutions to customers and suppliers of mid and large corporations through its digital marketplace for invoice discounting. The platform interfaces with corporates to obtain access to verified invoices, dynamically prices invoice discounts based on risk assessment algorithms, and enables platform lenders to conduct loans against invoices digitally.

Cashinvoice offers a win-win proposition to all the constituents viz. large corporates, their suppliers and buyers. The model incentivizes buyers thereby unlocking capital which is trapped in the form of credit period within supply chains and can reduce financing costs by up to 4-6% per year. The company intends to bridge the 20-25 lakh crore credit gap in the MSME segment and has experienced 103% growth in Q4 FY23 compared to the same period last year.
