ITI Mutual Fund Names Jatinder Pal Singh as CEO

ITI Mutual Fund has named Jatinder Pal Singh, commonly known as JP, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2025. He will succeed Hitesh Thakkar, who has been serving as the Acting CEO since August 2022.

JP brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the mutual fund industry. Before joining ITI Mutual Fund, he was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Mahindra Manulife Investment Management from September 2015 to December 2024. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he served as the National Head of Sales & Distribution, and at HSBC Asset Management India, where he was Vice President and Regional Manager for Sales & Distribution.

JP holds a B.Com (Honors) degree and is a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) as well as a graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).

The appointment marks a new chapter for ITI Mutual Fund, as JP’s leadership is expected to further strengthen the fund house’s strategic direction and growth. Meanwhile, Hitesh Thakkar will continue to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of ITI Mutual Fund after stepping down as Acting CEO.
