Anna Roy, Joint Secretary in Finance Ministry has been nominated as government nominee on the board of Bank of India (BoI) and India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL).
“Government has nominated Anna Roy, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Finance Ministry, on the board of Bank of India (BoI),” a Finance Ministry notification said.
She has also been nominated on board of IIFCL as government nominee.
