Reliance Capital, financial services arm Reliance Group, elevated CEO Soumen Ghosh (popularly known as Sam Ghosh) to its board.
Ghosh has been appointed to the board of directors of Reliance Capital as an Executive Director.
Ghosh had joined the company in April 2008.
The Reliance Capital board consists of Anil Ambani as Chairman, while Amitabh Jhunjhunwala is the Vice-Chairman. Other board members include Rajendra Chitale, Bidhubhusan Samal, V N Kaul and Chhaya Virani.
