Credgenics drives collection digitization at Credit One Payments, enabling credit availability for fleet MSMEs

Credgenics and Credit One Payments

Credgenics, the leading SaaS-based debt collections platform provider, and Credit One Payments, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) catering to the expense management needs of fleet MSMEs, announced that end-to-end digitization of collections is powering the lender’s next level of efficiencies in credit processing. Credgenics’ creative and digital-first approach has assisted Credit One in increasing its Credit Approval Ratio by 40% and reducing its Net Credit Loss by 20%.

Credit One serves the MSME fleet segment, which is extremely fragmented and has previously had limited access to working financing. Credit One offers bespoke credit solutions based on the specific needs of each category of the service provider in this MSME area.
