HDFC Bank introduces co-branded credit card with Swiggy


HDFC Bank, India’s largest private bank, and Swiggy, India’s leading on-demand convenience platform launched Swiggy HDFC Bank co-branded credit card. The credit card will offer incentives and benefits to cardholders across multiple online channels, including Swiggy. This card blends Swiggy’s unrivalled customer-centric approach with HDFC Bank’s dependable banking services in order to provide the most rewarding card for online shopping.

Swiggy’s dedication to providing excellent convenience and value to users is reinforced by the relationship. Credit card holders will be able to access a variety of perks, including a 10 per cent cashback on Swiggy purchases on food delivery, quick commerce grocery delivery, eating out, and other services.

Cardholders will also earn a rewarded 5 per cent cashback on purchases made on a variety of sites, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ola, Uber, PharmEasy, NetMeds, BookmyShow, and many more. This benefit of an extra 5 per cent cashback will also be available on branded websites such as Nike, H&M, Adidas, and Zara, to mention a few. Customers will also receive 1 per cent cashback on other purchases. Cardholders will receive cashback in the form of Swiggy Money, which may be used for a variety of transactions on Swiggy.

As a welcome bonus, cardholders will receive a 3-month Swiggy One membership, the country’s first membership programme that offers benefits across food, groceries, dining out, and pick-up and drop services. Swiggy HDFC cardholders will benefit from World Tier Mastercard perks such as free stay and dine, gratis loyalty memberships, and more, in addition to earning cashback on everyday transactions, increasing the whole experience.

The credit card will be phased-in over the next 7-10 days via the Swiggy app, after which all eligible users will be able to apply for it.
