State Bank of India has decided to separately auction commercial and retail properties under its hold from next month.
The first e-action will be held in mid-June. It has been decided to hold such e-auctions in the middle of the last month of every quarter.
“We have decided to hold e-auction of distressed properties every quarter. It would be held sepatately for retail and commercial properties,” SBI chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya said.
The details are being worked out for this purpose, she added.
