Vikas Agarwal has been named Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Credit Fair, a consumer lending fin-tech start-up. In this new job, he will oversee Supply of Capital initiatives, such as collaborations with Co-lending and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). In addition, he will lead the establishment of strategic collaborations (fintech) and merchant relationships to enhance Credit Fair’s commercial growth. Vikas will collaborate closely with Aditya Damani, Founder and CEO of Credit Fair.
Vikas was the MD and CEO of SSA Finserv, a SME-focused NBFC, before joining Credit Fair. In 2010, he also formed Shree Krishna Corporate Advisors LLP, where he helped over 300 SMEs on debt raising valued over Rs. 500 crores. Agarwal, an ICAI chartered accountant, began his career at Ernst & Young (EY) in India in 2009.
Vikas has over a decade of expertise in the financial services industry, specifically in business development, debt raising, project finance, working capital finance, and advising to micro, small, and medium firms (MSME).
