SBI General Insurance has built two-way connectivity with Bima Central, giving policyholders a single, integrated view of aggregated insurance benefits for eIA holders. The software offers a comprehensive insurance protection and investment perspective, allowing users to visualise their assets.
SBI General Insurance intends to issue all retail lines of business policies in electronic format, which will be credited to the policyholder’s e-Insurance account (eIA). In circumstances where policyholders do not already have an eIA, they will be invited to open one through the Insurance Repository to begin their digital insurance servicing journey.
